Uses
It is suitable for labeling on the circumferential surface of round bottle objects. It can be affixed to single standard and double standard. The front and back double standard spacing can be flexibly adjusted, such as cosmetic round bottles and food round cans;
Widely used in cosmetics, food, medicine, disinfection and other industries. Optional circumferential positioning detection device can be used to label the specified position on the circumferential surface;
The optional color code printer and inkjet printer can realize the printing date and batch number information on the label to realize the integration of labeling and coding.
Filling way:
1.Servo-driven piston multi-nozzles filling (one cylinder drives one piston);
2. Piston-type filling machine, self-priming filling, the material is driven by servo motor to be pulled into the measuring cylinder, and then infused into the container(cans or bottles) through the feeding tube by the piston pulled by servo driven. The filling volume is determined by adjusting the servo parameter, and the filling accuracy is high, easy to use and flexible;
3. Equipped with no bottle and no filling function, the liquid level automatically controls the feeding, effectively reducing equipment failure;
Capping machine:
4.The capping machine is used for automatic capping of plastic bottles and glass bottles in cosmetics, food and beverage, pesticide and fertilizer, chemical industry.
5.The machine has function of good flexibility.It can be applied to a variety of bottle types and adjusted according to bottle height and cap size, tightness can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
