Powerful, one machine can realize single-sided and double-sided labeling of three products (flat bottle, square bottle, shaped bottle);

The two-side rigid plastic synchronous guide chain can automatically guarantee the bottle to be neutral, and the requirements for the workers to place the bottle and the assembly line are low, which greatly reduces the difficulty of the workers' operation or assembly line connection.

It is equipped with elastic pressure top mechanism to ensure the smooth delivery of products and effectively eliminate the error of bottle height.It is equipped with automatic bottle sorting mechanism, and the space before the bottle guide is automatically separated to ensure the stability of the follow-up bottle guide, conveying and labeling.

Double marking mechanism is provided to ensure the accuracy of labeling for the first time and double extrusion type overlaying to effectively eliminate air bubbles and ensure the tightness at the head and end of the label.

Filling way:
1.Servo-driven piston multi-nozzles filling (one cylinder drives one piston);
2. Piston-type filling machine, self-priming filling, the material is driven by servo motor to be pulled into the measuring cylinder, and then infused into the container(cans or bottles) through the feeding tube by the piston pulled by servo driven. The filling volume is determined by adjusting the servo parameter, and the filling accuracy is high, easy to use and flexible;
3. Equipped with no bottle and no filling function, the liquid level automatically controls the feeding, effectively reducing equipment failure;
