Function and purpose
This equipment is a kind of automatic filling equipment controlled by PLC and pneumatically executed by photoelectric sensor. The filling volume and filling speed can be set according to the production demand. The filling nozzle is equipped with a drip proof device.
The equipment is suitable for the filling and production of various cream and water emulsion products, such as quantitative filling of food, beverage, etc.

Filling way:
1.Servo-driven piston multi-nozzles filling (one cylinder drives one piston);
2. Piston-type filling machine, self-priming filling, the material is driven by servo motor to be pulled into the measuring cylinder, and then infused into the container(cans or bottles) through the feeding tube by the piston pulled by servo driven. The filling volume is determined by adjusting the servo parameter, and the filling accuracy is high, easy to use and flexible;
3. Equipped with no bottle and no filling function, the liquid level automatically controls the feeding, effectively reducing equipment failure;

Capping machine:
4.The capping machine is used for automatic capping of plastic bottles and glass bottles in cosmetics, food and beverage, pesticide and fertilizer, chemical industry.
5.The machine has function of good flexibility.It can be applied to a variety of bottle types and adjusted according to bottle height and cap size, tightness can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
6.Capping procedure adopts automated control, easy operation.
